CHALLENGE
The 2 flats had been occupied for a number of years and recently been available. The owners saw an opportunity to try and sell them instead of continuing to rent them out. To compete with the market they wanted something that was going to stand out.
RESULT
After looking round the two flats, I came up with a design proposal which included painting feature walls and installing picture shelves for the photoshoot day. On the photoshoot day we brought all of our styling accessories and styled and shot the two flats ready to be used for marketing.
