CHALLENGE
Clare & Mike came to us after purchasing their 7th property. Since starting their business five years ago they have taken on a property manager and had almost fully retired. This was going to be their last property and they didn't have the time or energy to come up with another full design proposal.
RESULT
We handled the design process and as a result came up with a beautiful modern, but quirky design for this shared living space. Once we handed over the design proposal we just had to sit and wait! As the refurb was finishing we worked on the styling proposal. It finally came to the day of completion and our team went into the property styled, photographed and videoed ready for marketing.
